Avyaan is starting to become an avid reader. His reading speed is almost as good as mine. Baby Aarohi picks up any book and creates her own story based on the pictures.Thats how I know if the book is well illustrated or not 😂

-23C doesnt have to be boring Last couple of days were exceptionally cold. Usually we try to go outside either Saturday or Sunday. But this weekend we never left. Kids had fun playing with each other nevertheless

Dozing off zzzz Baby going through another episode of fever. Her mood is totally normal. Chirpy and funny like she always is. She dozed off 2 min after she started munching on Haldiram moong dal . Cute 😍

Aarohi officially starting her career with Om Its interesting that we have rituals for every single firsts. Someone really thought through this. Aarohi started her education journey with “Om” on the auspicious ocassion of Saraswati puja. If you believe in the Hindu legend. Our universe was created with a loud “Om” . Or may be what they meant that the loud noise that was heard after the big bang sounded like “ommmmm” totally possible.

I saw a cute kids blanket on ikea online so I casually asked Ava if he needs a new blanket. The lights were out as Aarohi was half asleep. He couldnt stop talking for the next 2 min 😂😂Well, this is precisely why my diary exists in the first place. He says and I quote “ Yeah yeah Mommy I need a new blanket and I need it now. Have you seen this weird plant on this blanket that looks like eye balls. And look at that bear who looks so scared and confuse. Mommy , I hope you noticed that the rabbit has one of its legs twisted. This is the most ridiculous blanket ever”
Ohh ohhh wow take a breath boy. Lets go to ikea on Saturday right after karate. Miss Aarohi jumps over me “Also, donuts on Saturday Mommy” . Its going to be a busy Saturday🛏️🍩

Feeling Accomplished! Avyaans done reading Diary of a wimpy kid (Diper Overload) . This was his first biggest book with 217 pages. He sat down for about 15 min for 7-8 days. Pretty fast reader for someone who just started reading anything. Keep it up boy !

First snow( drizzle )of the season Finally, we got some snow. 1/8th of an inch haha. Not enough to make a snowman or slide through it. Kids cant wait any longer to do some snow ball fighting.If this is how its going to be every year then we can safely conclude that global warming’s impact is approaching us fast.

Blue candy day Still struggling with nasty cough virus. Called Anji di over the weekend for some cooking help. Baby has fever again but you cant tell if you see the picture above 😂

Camouflaged in their PJs Enjoying TV time after shower. Dinner will be served in a minute. Love how they are totally camouflaged in their matching Halloween PJs. Avyaan has already outgrown it while Aarohi can wear it for another year.
